Since the COVID-19 crisis hit, one of the Australian Red Cross’ important tasks has been maintaining contact with vulnerable self-isolators. With an archaic, error-prone client case system, they turned to Microsoft partner Velrada to develop a system to efficiently connect volunteers to essential tasks.
